  • Spray down microwave, stove top & grates     
  • Dust & polish ceiling fixtures, wall decor, cabinet fronts, counter items, table, chairs, and baseboards    
  • Scrub, Sanitize, and Shine appliance tops, door edges & handles, inside microwave, stove top, counter, faucet, and sink    
  • Polish painted and/or stainless finishes on all appliances      
  • Vacuum mats, pre-vacuum floor, then thoroughly wash with Lysol or Murhy's on hardwood.

 Showers, tubs, and sinks receive our exclusive ProTidy 4S (Spray, Scrub, Sanitize & Shine) Cleaning System: 

 

  • Dispense toilet bowl gel, then dust & polish light fixtures, decor, and shelving 
  • Spray shower & sink w/power cleaner 
  • Scrub every inch of all surfaces 
  • Sanitize with a Lysol rinsed towel
  • Shine handles, fixtures, and glass
  • Windex mirrors & polish vanity
  • Vacuum mats and tile, then thoroughly scrub baseboards & floor with Lysol

Staff follow specific ProTidy procedures to maximize dust removal; they work from top to bottom in a clockwise direction.

   

  • Dust ceiling fans, fixtures, vents, switch plates, and all baseboards & millwork
  • Clean blinds and window sills
  • Wipe front, back, and sides of picture frames, mirrors, and wall decor
  • Hand Polish knick knacks and furniture
  • Use furniture tool to vacuum behind & under furnishings and along baseboards
  • Vacuum Straight lines in the optimal direction to lift carpet pile
